Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant in Value-Added Services located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing tailored solutions to clients, conducting sales consultations, achieving customer satisfaction, nurturing customer relationships, and offering expert advice. The role also involves identifying customer needs, delivering excellent service, and contributing to client success by aligning solutions with their requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to provide expert advice and solutions to clients
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and Consulting abilities, with aptitude to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and a focus on meeting organizational sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in value-added service sales or a customer-facing role will be an asset
