Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to customer enquiries through phone, online chat and/or e-mails.

Have an extensive knowledge of the travel products and services that you are selling, such as the destinations, tours, hotels, activities, and other travel-related services.

Responsible for making reservations and bookings for customers.

Handle and respond to customer complaints through phone, online chat and/or e-mails.

Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.

Meet sales targets set by your sales head.

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.

Enter, update and maintain records of all bookings and payments, prepare invoices, and follow up with customers as required.

Keep updated with company procedures and processes.

Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Looking for Fresher's any Graduate.( NOT IT)

Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.

Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.

Knowledgeable with ticket portal (will be trained).

Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.

Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment.
