Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Handle direct sales of semi-premium and premium cars.
- Engage with walk-in customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct product presentations, test drive coordination, and follow-ups.
Lead Management & Business Development
- Manage inbound and outbound sales leads effectively.
- Generate new business opportunities through tele-calling, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat and referral sales.
Retail & In-Office Sales Operations
- Support branch/in-office sales operations and ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain proper documentation for inquiries, bookings, and sales closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery and post-sales support.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Report sales performance and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
