Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Handle direct sales of semi-premium and premium cars.
  • Engage with walk-in customers and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Conduct product presentations, test drive coordination, and follow-ups.

Lead Management & Business Development

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales leads effectively.
  • Generate new business opportunities through tele-calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat and referral sales.

Retail & In-Office Sales Operations

  • Support branch/in-office sales operations and ensure smooth customer handling.
  • Maintain proper documentation for inquiries, bookings, and sales closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery and post-sales support.

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Report sales performance and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
