Role Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced real estate sales professional with a strong track record in handling premium clients and closing high-value transactions. The role focuses on managing the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and consultation to negotiation and final closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Sales Execution
Manage end-to-end sales for residential and commercial projects with professionalism and product expertise.
Interact with walk-in clients, high-net-worth individuals, investors, and referrals to understand their requirements.
Provide customized consultation and guide clients with property recommendations based on budget, usage, and investment goals.
Presentations & Site Visits
Conduct impactful property presentations using brochures, digital tools, and walkthroughs.
Organize tailored site visits, highlighting project features, amenities, location advantages, and long-term value appreciation.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Present pricing structures, payment plans, and applicable offers clearly and confidently.
Handle client objections, assess negotiation points, and close bookings within company guidelines.
Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams to ensure smooth post-booking onboarding for the customer.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
Maintain structured follow-ups to keep clients engaged throughout the decision process.
Track leads, interactions, and progress in CRM with accuracy and discipline.
Forecast potential closures and update management with realistic sales pipelines.
Market Awareness & Reporting
Monitor competitor projects, pricing shifts, offers, and market trends to stay updated.
Provide insights to management that support strategy development and pricing decisions.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports covering leads, follow-ups, closures, and revenue performance.
Events & Brand Support
Represent the company during exhibitions, corporate events, customer meets, and project launches.
Engage with event visitors and convert high-quality inquiries into potential clients.
Requirements:
510 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium or mid-segment projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work confidently without supervision.
Strong understanding of local real estate market, customer mindset, and investment patterns.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and MS Office.
