Qualifications

Strong Sales Consulting skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle solutions.
Demonstrated Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening in a showroom environment.
Consulting-oriented approach to advising customers on product features, pricing, and financing options.
Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
Basic knowledge of vehicles and enthusiasm for the Jeep brand and automotive industry.
Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak hours as required.
Proficiency in local languages and English, and comfort using basic computer and CRM tools.
