You will play a key role in selling our products and services by making calls, finding new leads, and helping customers understand how we can help them. Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to new leads.
• Identify key decision-makers and start the sales process.
• Grow sales within existing accounts.
• Work with team members to plan smart sales strategies.
• Pass qualified leads to Account Managers with full details.
• Give product demos and presentations to clients.
• Help prepare proposals and RFP responses.
• Support events like trade shows and exhibitions.
• Call existing clients to offer new products or services.
• Handle incoming calls and convert them into sales.
• Share product benefits, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Keep the client database updated.
• Help solve customer issues and follow up as needed.
• Take part in sales training sessions.
• Represent our brand and values clearly and professionally.

Skills Required

• Positive attitude and strong communication in English.
• Good phone skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
• Ability to understand client needs and explain products clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to update data.
