Job Description:
- Handle qualified leads and guide clients through the immigration process.
- Understand client profiles, career goals, financial background, and immigration requirements.
- Recommend suitable countries, programs, and job opportunities based on client eligibility.
- Explain the complete process, documentation, timelines, costs, and requirements clearly.
- Build trust with clients and convert enquiries into successful cases.
- Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining high service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or related consultative sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to close sales.
- Good understanding of customer handling and follow-up processes.
- Comfortable handling high-volume leads and working in a performance-driven environment.
- Candidates with immigration sales experience will be preferred.
