Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant position based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include providing expert sales consulting to clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of businesses. The Sales Consultant will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, assist in business transactions, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion through consulting services.

  • Proven Sales Consulting experience to identify client needs and offer tailored business solutions
  • Skills in delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term professional relationships
  • Proficiency in business Consulting to provide strategic growth recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in franchising or prior work at a brokerage or consultancy firm is a plus
