Role: Sales Consultant (Remote)

Requirements: Own laptop + good internet connection + HD camera for video calls

Clear spoken & written English (since calls are consultative)
Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or education sales preferred
Comfortable on video calls, using CRM tools, and structured follow-ups
Hungry, coachable, resilient, and numbers-driven
Values client transformation over pushy selling
Role Expectations:
Daily: 3050 DMs or 1015 qualified calls
Conversion: 2030% close rate on shown calls
Maintain CRM hygiene, timely follow-ups, and accurate notes
Work Setup:
Remote role (full-time)
Must have own laptop and high-quality webcam for video consultations
Stable internet connection mandatory
