Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant at Evergreen Motors, located in Kota. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, providing tailored recommendations, and facilitating the car-buying process. The role requires maintaining a high level of customer service, achieving sales targets, and providing detailed consultations to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include nurturing client relationships and contributing to the company's sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions
• Excellence in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using sales technology and CRM systems is advantageous
• A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering results and ensuring customer delight
