Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Ernakulam. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting and selling products, providing consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing queries, and assisting with personalized product recommendations to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and the ability to develop strategies to achieve sales goals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust
• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and a customer-oriented approach to service
• Experience in Consulting to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in an on-site setup
• Knowledge of homeopathy or experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for sales-related or healthcare disciplines
