About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to accelerate the growth of our Workday practice in India. This role is ideal for a high-impact sales professional with a strong enterprise sales background, deep market understanding, and the ability to open doors, build strategic relationships, and close medium to large-sized deals end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, strong industry connections, and a proven ability to generate new business while positioning Amaris Consulting as a trusted transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the complete sales lifecycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure for medium to large-sized deals.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow the Workday practice in India.
  • Identify, target, and engage enterprise and mid-market clients across relevant industries.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Establish long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, HR leaders, and transformation heads.
  • Position Workday solutions effectively by understanding client pain points and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Represent Amaris Consulting at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
  • Leverage personal network and market connections to generate business opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, ERP, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end sales cycles for medium or high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and value-based sales.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Candidates with experience in selling any of the following will be highly preferred:

  • SaaS solutions
  • Darwinbox
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Workday or similar HCM/ERP platforms

Existing CXO, HR leadership, or enterprise decision-maker connections will be a strong plus.
