Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales (Commercial) role is based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting the company's solar energy solutions, and achieving targeted sales goals. The Sales (Commercial) professional will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing excellent customer service. This role includes sales management tasks as well as the development and delivery of sales-related training to the team for performance improvement.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience and skills in Sales and Sales Management roles
  • Ability to train and mentor team members effectively, focusing on sales-related development
  • Proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building
  • Prior experience in renewable energy, particularly solar energy systems, is a plus
  • Self-motivated and capable of meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
