Compensation: 40,000-70,000/month + Performance Incentives

With strong performance and measurable outcomes, the role is designed to offer the potential to earn 1,00,000/month through fixed compensation + incentives.

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Coach who can take ownership of training, developing and leveling up our upcoming closers at Exclusive Closer.

This is not just a training role.

You'll be responsible for helping salespeople develop strong fundamentals, improve their closing ability and become confident, high-performing closers.

We're looking for someone who wants to own the coaching function, build systems and grow with the company.

What We're Looking For

• 1.5+ years of practical sales experience with hands-on closing experience.
• Strong exposure to Western-style sales frameworks such as:
• Dan Lok / HTC
• Jeremy Miner / NEPQ
• Or any other proven high-ticket sales methodology.
• Previous experience coaching or training salespeople.
• Strong understanding of:
• Sales psychology
• Discovery & problem-finding
• Objection handling
• High-ticket closing
• Plus: Experience developing complete beginners/freshers into capable salespeople.
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.
• Someone who takes ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
• A growth-oriented individual who wants to build, contribute and grow with Exclusive Closer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Train and coach upcoming sales closers.
• Conduct regular sales training, simulations and coaching sessions.
• Review performance and identify individual skill gaps.
• Help freshers and developing closers build strong sales fundamentals.
• Improve the team's closing ability, confidence and overall performance.
• Develop and continuously improve the sales coaching and training system.
• Take complete ownership of the coaching function and help build it from the ground up.
