Job Summary
Otrix Life Science LLP is looking for a proactive and result-driven Inhouse Sales Co-ordinator to support and manage end-to-end sales operations from the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, generating leads, coordinating with internal departments, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing. This role requires strong communication skills, sales coordination abilities, and a structured approach toward achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, digital platforms, and references.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively.
- Identify potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure higher conversion ratios.
- End-to-End Sales Coordination
- Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to order closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product details for clients.
- Coordinate pricing discussions and assist in negotiations.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communication and sales activities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Internal Coordination & Operations Support
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order processing and dispatch.
- Communicate with vendors regarding procurement requirements (if applicable).
- Monitor order status and update clients regularly.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and management.
- Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track daily sales performance and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Support revenue growth initiatives through strategic follow-ups.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain updated records of leads, conversions, and pending inquiries.
- Analyze sales data and share insights with management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Inhouse Sales / Sales Coordination.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of CRM or sales management systems (preferred).
