Key Responsibility
• End-to-end order support
• Support invoicing, advances & payment follow-ups, and commercial documentation
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and backlog management
• Track order status, FAT, shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment
• Coordinate with customers for commercial order updates, queries, and issue resolution
• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production) for smooth order execution
• Customer order processing
Qualification and Preferred Skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales/ project coordination
• Any degree or diploma completed
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing & documentation
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management ability
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, and invoicing processes
• Knowledge of commercial and export documentation (preferred in industrial setups)
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantage
• Willingness to take responsibility, self-motivated
• Structured, methodical, and careful working style
• Language: English- good level in speaking and writing. Should be efficient in use of language translator.
