Experience: 5 - 7 Years Years
Key Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM
- Strong hands-on experience with APEX
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience in designing, developing and implementing complex requirements
- Good understanding of business and technical requirements
- Experience in debugging and resolving application issues
- Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to provide technical support and documentation
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify and implement Salesforce applications
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
- Develop solutions following Salesforce development standards and best practices
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues
- Build and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business needs
- Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams
- Provide technical support and communicate project status to stakeholders
