Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Closing Manager role located in Sadar. The Sales Closing Manager will manage end-to-end closing of residential real estate sales, including handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, presenting project features, and addressing buyer questions. The role involves negotiating terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and ensuring timely completion of booking and registration processes. The Sales Closing Manager will track leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with prospective buyers, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes providing post-sale support, building long-term customer relationships, and representing the brand professionally during all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals in real estate or related industries.
  • Customer relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, handle objections, and provide clear information.
  • Experience with lead management, CRM tools, and basic reporting to monitor sales pipelines and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate processes, documentation, and local market trends; familiarity with NCR/Noida property market is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client meetings and site visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, along with relevant experience in sales or real estate.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
