Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Closing Manager role located in Sadar. The Sales Closing Manager will manage end-to-end closing of residential real estate sales, including handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, presenting project features, and addressing buyer questions. The role involves negotiating terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and ensuring timely completion of booking and registration processes. The Sales Closing Manager will track leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with prospective buyers, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes providing post-sale support, building long-term customer relationships, and representing the brand professionally during all client interactions.
