Job Description

Jain Constructions is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Closing Manager to lead conversions for our luxury residential projects in Hyderabad.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the full real estate sales cycle and can take charge of site visit conversions, customer follow-ups, negotiations, and booking closures. The role reports directly to a Partner, which makes it ideal for someone who wants visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to influence sales outcomes closely with leadership.

Role Summary

The Sales Closing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through strong customer engagement, disciplined follow-up, effective site visit handling, and consistent closure of sales. The role requires a sharp understanding of buyer behaviour, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline with discipline and precision.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling premium customers, tracking key sales metrics, and working closely with marketing, CRM, and leadership to improve conversion quality.

Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales closures for luxury residential projects
    • Manage the complete customer journey from enquiry to booking
    • Convert leads into qualified site visits and convert site visits into bookings
    • Conduct project presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure discussions with prospective buyers
    • Build trust with customers and handle objections with confidence and clarity
    • Track and improve key sales metrics including:
    • lead-to-site-visit ratio
    • site-visit-to-booking ratio
    • walk-in conversions
    • booking numbers
    • sales pipeline movement
    • follow-up efficiency
    • inventory movement
    • Ensure strong daily follow-up discipline across all active prospects
    • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
    • Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and project teams for smooth booking and documentation processes
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
    • Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor intelligence with leadership
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism in all customer interactions
    • Support the Partner directly with sales reviews, conversion tracking, and business insights

The Role Will Be Evaluated On

    • Monthly and quarterly booking closures
    • Number of qualified site visits achieved
    • Site visit to booking conversion ratio
    • Speed and quality of follow-ups
    • Inventory movement across projects
    • Revenue contribution against assigned targets
    • Customer handling and closure quality
    • Accuracy and discipline in reporting and CRM updates
Candidate Profile

    • 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to residential projects
    • Proven experience in closing sales in the real estate sector
    • Strong ability to convert enquiries into site visits and site visits into bookings
    • Experience handling premium or luxury housing customers preferred
    • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
    • Good understanding of the Hyderabad residential real estate market
    • Confident in handling customers independently through the closing stage
    • Strong reporting discipline and comfort with sales numbers
    • Good coordination skills across internal departments
    • Presentable, polished, and professional in customer-facing interactions
