About the Role

At Perfomity Media, we're looking for full-time Remote Sales Closers to handle sales conversations for fast-growing offers, including premium eCommerce and D2C brands.

You'll be speaking with warm inbound leads who have already shown interest understanding their goals, challenges, and guiding them toward the right solution.

Note: This is a full-time role, not a freelance opportunity. We want professionals who take sales seriously and focus on building trust in every conversation.

Your Responsibilities

• Close high-ticket clients through Zoom calls
• Handle 46 qualified sales calls daily
• Maintain a 1015%+ close rate
• Follow up with interested leads and manage pipeline conversations

Compensation

• Base Pay: 15,000/month
• Commission:
• 510% commission on collected revenue (project-based)
• Extra bonuses for paid-in-full deals and performance incentives
• No income cap your performance decides your earnings.

Work Schedule

• Daily Zoom huddle: 10:00 AM IST (MonSat)
• Sales calls: 12 PM 7 PM IST
• Optional daily training sessions for skill improvement

Who We're Looking For

• 12 years of high-ticket sales experience with ecom and d2c brand (Preferred)
• MUST have knowledge of Meta and Google ads
• Confident on Zoom calls, and should be good with numbers
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills
