Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Closer responsible for converting qualified prospects into clients by handling meetings, understanding requirements, and driving project closures.
This is a high-responsibility, client-facing role focused on revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings (in-person & virtual)
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget
- Guide clients through design and execution approach
- Handle commercial discussions and negotiations
- Close projects and ensure smooth handover to execution team
- Coordinate internally to ensure alignment post-closure
Requirements:
- Based in Bangalore (mandatory)
- Prior experience in: interior design / architecture / construction / real estate sales
- Strong client handling and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high-value discussions and close deals
- Comfortable with site visits and in-person meetings
