We are seeking a visionary Senior Channel Partner Senior Vice President to helm our global network for an exclusive portfolio of luxury serviced apartments. As Vizhinjam Port, just 8 kilometers away, transforms into a new cargo and cruise-ship gateway to India, you will have the opportunity to experience our ultra-premium living spaces for arriving senior multinational executives and global logistics leaders, in addition to traditional channels.
The Mandate
We are seeking a strategic powerhouse who can develop a clear partner strategy and select top-tier real estate intermediaries to aggressively boost sales for our ultra-luxury apartments.
- Curate an Elite Ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality channel partners who command proven access to the highest premium residential real estate segments.
- Global Expansion: Build a robust sales channel network spanning Kerala, the wider Indian market, and elite international hubs including the Middle East, America, Canada, the UK, and the EU.
- Forge Power Alliances: Leverage their close personal relationships with premium real estate brokers, private wealth managers, family offices, NRI connectors and other categories of partners.
- Close Sales: Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to orchestrate a powerful pipeline, ensuring strong home owner and investor deal support and delivering consistent closures directly through your partner network.
- Elevate the Brand: Assist partners in positioning the project as a symbol of luxury, exclusivity, serenity, five-star hospitality, and exceptional investment value in India's fastest-growing region, where luxury apartment options are scarce, if they exist at all.
The Master Networker
Your relationships must be second to none, including UHNW investors and buyers, premium real estate brokers, family offices, private wealth managers, NRI connectors, investor networks, and other high-end real estate sale channel partners.
You must intimately understand how to generate sales from home owners and investors who are:
- High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), NRIs, second-home buyers, and affluent investors across Kerala and the wider Indian market.
- The highly affluent global Malayali diaspora across the GCC, US, UK, Europe, Singapore, and Australia.
- Exclusive international buyer networks and investor communities seeking premier luxury managed residences and serviced apartment opportunities.
The Profile of a Closer
- Experience: At least 5 years of commanding channel sales leadership in luxury serviced apartments, branded residences, or premium hospitality-linked real estate at India's finest hotels.
- Pedigree: Employed in a senior sales channel role at Lodha Group, DLF (Super Luxury), Oberoi Realty, Prestige Group, M3M, or a similar high-end developer.
- The It Factor: Highly polished, professional, and incisive, capable of representing our brand with the utmost maturity and a premium-market mindset.
- Relationship-Driven: A true rainmaker who is always closing deals based on the strength of cultivated relationships, rather than relying on marketing leads.
- Global Charisma: Experienced in developing international sales presentations, prepared to deliver engaging pitches to overseas network partners while applying strong commercial judgment. Willing to travel extensively if necessary.
- Linguistic Agility: Fluent in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.
