Job Description

Design Cafe is hiring Center Sales Manager for Hyderabad for its Banjara Hills Store.

Center Sales Manager reports to the Business Head -Region. He/She will be managing a Team of

Sales Manager who is in charge of managing the assigned Experience Center's Sales by developing

business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with the channel partnering on lead

generation.

He/She is responsible in achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the

sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer

base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and

performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Responsibilities :

Managing EC sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense

controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with channel partnering team on lead generation.

The ongoing training of your salespeople.

Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge

education.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:

Qualifying candidate should hold be an MBA/Graduate in business or related field.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in planning and implementing sales strategies is a must.

Experience in customer relationship management.

Experience managing and directing a sales team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Dedication to providing great customer service.

Ability to lead a sales team.
