Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Cashier at The Percolate Café, located in the Pune Division. The Sales Cashier will handle daily transactions, ensure accurate cash management, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, and manage inventory for stocked items. The role includes assisting customers in making their beverage or food selections, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons. Additionally, you may collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating Point of Sale systems and cash handling accuracy
• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with customers
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and perform tasks promptly in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of coffee and food items, or willingness to learn about menu offerings
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities, especially during busy or challenging periods
• Flexibility to work shifts based on the cafés operational hours
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
