Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Cashier with Vasundhra Raj Luxury, located in Noida. The Sales Cashier will manage customer transactions, process payments, and ensure accuracy in billing. Responsibilities will include assisting customers with purchases, providing product information, maintaining the cash register, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The role also requires maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring the display area is organized and presentable. Delivering outstanding customer experiences is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling transactions, billing, and operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure a well-maintained store appearance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in retail, luxury products, or jewelry sales is an advantage
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and financial transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Basic knowledge of gemstones and jewelry is a plus, but training will be provided if needed
