The role requires guiding the entire sales process from initial engagement through to deal closure, carefully crafting strategies to secure wins, negotiating terms effectively, and ensuring a smooth path to finalizing agreements. This position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align efforts and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic sales environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to maximize deal success.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their sales capabilities and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales scenarios and devise effective win strategies.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to align sales efforts and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
  • Capability to manage multiple sales pursuits simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
