Job Description

A Sales Capability Specialist in the Lactalis India GT Fresh is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs tailored for sales force to increase their effectiveness and knowledge—especially regarding execution of selling skills in the field. The role combines the need for both strong soft skills and specific technical abilities to ensure the sales team achieves sustained, measurable success.

The role combines the need for both strong soft skills and specific technical abilities to ensure the sales team achieves sustained, measurable success.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

4 – 5 Years

Minimum Work Experience

  • Any Candidate who has 4-5 Years of Experience in FMCG Industry Driving RTM With Systems and Process.
  • The candidate Should have Robust Knowledge and Experience in Outlet Coverage Standards, Beat Planning and Optimisation, Calls Rate, Strike Rate, Range Selling, Designing of PJP, Etc.
  • Tamil Language Speaking is a Must.
  • Business Knowledge of Dairy Products/FMCG industry, Multinational Companies.
  • Detailed product knowledge of dairy industry.
  • Understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver or track training.
  • Advance MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Data analysis to gauge training effectiveness and sales performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of translating technical product knowledge into clear, actionable steps for diverse audiences.
  • Leadership and motivational abilities to mentor teams and encourage adoption of best practices.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving—able to adjust training methods and respond to changing market or regulatory environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and managing relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
  • Time management, organization, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
