Key Responsibilities- Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Explain course offerings, pricing, and career benefits
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with counsellors for qualified leads
Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Experience in education or course sales is a plus
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge
