Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Caller, based in Chandigarh, India, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients through calls, presenting solutions aligned with their hiring and training needs, and maintaining professional communication. The Sales Caller will manage client relationships, follow up on leads, and provide insights to enhance customer engagement. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and ensuring timely reporting will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively through phone and email
  • Sales acumen and negotiation skills, with experience in client relationship management
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capability to understand and address customer needs
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with maintaining accurate client records
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related technology is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a results-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
