Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Call professional located in New Delhi. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to discuss and promote ParaFit's customized diet plans. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, converting leads into sales, and guiding customers throughout their journey. The candidate will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their queries.
  • Proficiency in Sales skills, including lead conversion and understanding customer needs.
  • Experience with Training and Sales Management to support team goals and ensure effective sales processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in the food, health, or wellness industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
