Role & responsibilities:
Business & Sales Planning
- Prepare and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly business and sales plans, including targets and budgets.
- Drive target setting and allocation across regions, branches, products, channels, and Relationship Managers (RMs).
- Support leadership with business forecasts and scenario planning.
Business Expansion & Growth Strategy
- Lead business expansion planning for new branches, geographies, products, and sales channels.
- Evaluate expansion proposals through feasibility, productivity, and profitability analysis.
- Track performance of new initiatives and recommend course corrections.
Performance & Profitability Management
- Track and analyze branch-level profitability, productivity, and cost metrics.
- Monitor RM productivity, conversion ratios, and efficiency benchmarks.
- Identify performance gaps and provide data-backed insights to improve outcomes.
Analytics, MIS & Reporting
- Analyze sales trends, productivity metrics, and funnel conversion ratios.
- Design and publish MIS reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Provide actionable insights to the CBO and senior management for decision-making.
Incentives & Productivity Frameworks
- Support incentive plan design, productivity benchmarks, and performance-linked payouts.
- Track incentive performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure business alignment.
- Coordinate on manpower planning, capacity modeling, and deployment strategies.
Capacity & Manpower Planning
- Forecast business volumes and support manpower and capacity planning at branch and regional levels.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization to support growth and profitability.
