Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Business Development

team. The role involves engaging prospective learners, understanding their career goals,

recommending suitable programs, and supporting them throughout the admission journey while

contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners regarding courses and career opportunities.

• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through calls and digital platforms.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.

• Conduct follow-ups and maintain CRM records.

• Resolve queries professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams.

• Build long-term learner relationships.

• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Weekly Off)

Compensation & Benefits

Training/Probation (2–3 Months): ■12,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives.

After successful completion of probation, candidates will receive a competitive salary hike based on performance along with continued incentives, career growth opportunities, professional mentoring, and continuous learning.
