Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional based in Kozhikode. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. They will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and meet organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves presenting and promoting Msquare's automation solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and driving overall sales growth.

  • Effective communication skills to liaise with new and existing clients
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about automation and no-code/low-code technologies
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with diverse teams
  • Experience or knowledge in business process automation and SaaS solutions is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
