Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Business Development

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7+ years

Qualification: MBA

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

We're hiring a Senior Manager- Sales & Business Development for our client which is one of India's premier Tier-1 PMS. As the Senior Manager- Sales & Business Development, your responsibilities would be:

  • Planning and implementing distribution strategies through existing and new relationships within the assigned region.
  • Supporting company distribution initiatives and strengthening ties with key partners like MNC banks (SCB, Citi, Kotak Wealth, etc.).
  • Driving market share and visibility through new distributor empanelment and joint calls with RM's in competitive markets.
  • Liaising with the Investment team for ideas and con - calls, while channelizing market intelligence back to the product team.
  • Collaborating with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory frameworks, KYC norms, and brand values at all times.

Requirements:

  • At least 7–10 years of relevant experience specifically within a PMS organization.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of AIF, PMS, and equity markets.
  • Proven track record of managing key distributor relationships with MNC banks and wealth management firms.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent communication, marketing, and networking skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to travel (ROM) and a commitment to continuous knowledge upgradation and mandatory certifications.
