Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, networking to generate leads, presenting tailored solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing regular sales reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in digital marketing or advertising agency is a MUST.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Networking, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Strategic thinking abilities with proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
  • Excellent communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales management platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
