ABOUT STHYRA

Sthyra is a growing startup delivering innovative digital solutions for the real estate industry. We help builders and developers showcase their projects using modern, engaging technology that enhances project visibility and sales impact.

ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive business growth by acquiring new clients primarily real estate builders and developers and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire REAL ESTATE BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS as clients

Pitch and demonstrate Sthyra's solutions

Generate leads, conduct meetings, and CLOSE DEALS

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Manage the END-TO-END SALES LIFECYCLE

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery

Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Represent Sthyra at meetings, site visits, and industry events

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

7+ YEARS in B2B real estate sales / business development

Strong network with:

  • Developers & Builders
  • IPC firms (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, etc.)
  • Marketing Heads in real estate firms

Proven DEAL CLOSURE TRACK RECORD

Experience selling:

  • Real estate marketing services
  • PropTech solutions
  • Architectural visualization services
  • CRM / tech tools for developers

Experience managing CHANNEL PARTNER NETWORKS

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

FIXED SALARY: 12 18 LPA

VARIABLE PAY: 1% 2% OF DEAL VALUE

JOINING BONUS for candidates bringing a strong, active book of contacts.
