ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive business growth by acquiring new clients primarily real estate builders and developers and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire REAL ESTATE BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS as clients
Pitch and demonstrate Sthyra's solutions
Generate leads, conduct meetings, and CLOSE DEALS
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage the END-TO-END SALES LIFECYCLE
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Represent Sthyra at meetings, site visits, and industry events
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
7+ YEARS in B2B real estate sales / business development
Strong network with:
Proven DEAL CLOSURE TRACK RECORD
Experience selling:
Experience managing CHANNEL PARTNER NETWORKS
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
FIXED SALARY: 12 18 LPA
VARIABLE PAY: 1% 2% OF DEAL VALUE
