Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Gurgaon office. This role will play a critical part in supporting our international sales team by driving lead qualification, managing tenders and RFPs, and coordinating sales activities. The ideal candidate should be resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously, while contributing to Travogs global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the international sales team with tenders, RFP responses, and proposal documentation.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure high-quality opportunities enter the sales pipeline.
- Conduct initial discovery calls, identify client needs, and schedule follow-up meetings for senior sales managers.
- Maintain CRM data, ensuring all leads, contacts, and activities are accurately tracked.
- Assist with creating sales collateral, presentations, and tailored responses for client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to deliver seamless client engagement.
- Proactively research target accounts, industries, and regions to generate qualified prospects.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide feedback from prospects and tenders to improve Travog's sales and product positioning.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales development, or business developmentpreferably in travel technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of lead qualification, tender/RFP management, and sales support processes.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first mindset.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales engagement tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Prior exposure to international markets is a plus.
- Should be from Travel Industry / B2B SaaS / Enterprise Technology sales
- Should be residing in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
