Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive enterprise IT services sales across Domestic (India) and North America (US/Canada) markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on, consultative sales professional from a service-based IT background.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across India and US/Canada markets.

- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle including prospecting, solutioning, RFP/RFQ responses, negotiations, and closures.

- Sell IT services such as Cloud (AWS, Azure), Data & AI, ERP, Engineering, Managed Services, and GCC models.

- Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders to propose value-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

- Negotiate commercials and close complex, multi-year IT services contracts.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services Sales (service-based companies only).

- Experience selling IT services, consulting, and digital transformation solutions.

- Exposure to Domestic and North America markets.

- Strong RFP-led, consultative selling experience.

- Excellent CXO-level communication and negotiation skills.
