Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, win new clients, and build lasting relationships in the digital services space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Nurture client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, IT services, or web development sales is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho or similar) and MS Office
  • Proficiency with tools like Apollo.io, ContactOut etc.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and web development concepts
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient — comfortable handling rejection and working toward targets
