Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and nurturing strong business relationships, and driving sales of health insurance products. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets, managing a sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery, and providing clients with expert product knowledge and guidance tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development and Sales with a focus on client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Strategic and analytical skills for planning, forecasting, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a customer-first mindset
