Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager FMCG

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 40,00045,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding standalone retail stores, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, expanding market presence, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on onboarding standalone retail stores across the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Ensure effective in-store visibility and product placement
  • Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail points to ensure product availability
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and competitor information
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries
  • Execute trade promotions and marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and share market feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in FMCG sales (channel/distribution sales preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
