Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. This role involves driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will lead business initiatives, develop strategic plans to target markets, analyze client needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet objectives. Regular collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize business processes and achieve sales goals is fundamental to this position.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales acumen, client relationship management, and B2B sales experience
  • Expertise in business strategy development, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to build lasting partnerships
  • Proficiency with CRM software, sales tools, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Familiarity with EdTech or related industries is advantageous
