Job Description:
The Business Manager - Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell MGPRO's commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment products through channel partners (B2B), dealers (B2B) and to direct client/projects (B2C).
This role requires Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment (HoReCa) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and trade shows.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
