Job Description:

The Business Manager - Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell MGPRO's commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment products through channel partners (B2B), dealers (B2B) and to direct client/projects (B2C).

This role requires Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment (HoReCa) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
