Job Summary :

The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory. The role involves developing relationships with furniture manufacturers, architects, interior designers, modular furniture dealers, and hardware retailers to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in furniture hardware and fittings markets.
  • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Promote products such as hinges, telescopic channels, drawer systems, handles, locks, wardrobe fittings, and modular kitchen accessories.
