Job Title: Business Development Manager – Healthcare Practice (US Market)
Location: Remote (India) | Shift: US Hours
What You'll Do
- Drive new business across the US healthcare market through hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pathology chains, and research organizations.
- Generate staffing requirements for contract and permanent allied healthcare professionals.
- Build relationships with Hospital Administrators, Procurement, HR, Lab Directors, and Operations leaders.
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Grow company Healthcare Practice by developing long-term client partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of Business Development / Enterprise Sales experience.
- Experience selling staffing, workforce solutions, Healthcare IT, RCM, Clinical Services, or other healthcare services to US healthcare clients.
- Strong network across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pathology, or healthcare organizations.
- Excellent consultative selling, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working US shift.
Allied Healthcare Focus
You should be familiar with hiring demand for roles such as:
- Lab Technicians
- Phlebotomists
- Research Analysts & Research Assistants
- Sample Handlers
- Medical Billers
- Medical Schedulers
- Patient Access Professionals
