We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team specializing in lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewelry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing lab-grown diamonds and jewelry, providing expert advice and information on product features and benefits.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and Jewelry is an asset.

Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Should be willing to work the night shift.

Experience in Diamond industry is must
