Meseji is a fast-growing, AI-first multi-channel marketing platform. We are an official WhatsApp Business API provider (BSP) helping brands automate their sales, marketing, and support. We bridge the gap between businesses and their customers by turning the world's most popular messaging app into a high-converting sales engine.
What you will do
- Lead Generation: Identify D2C brands, E-commerce stores, and Edu-tech startups that need WhatsApp automation.
- Consultative Sales: Reach out to pre-qualified leads provided by us and show them how Meseji can solve their business problems. Conduct 10-minute demos of the Meseji dashboard (Shared Inbox, Chatbots, and Voice Campaigns).
Official Onboarding: Guide clients through the Meta Business Manager verification and set up their Official WhatsApp API.
- AI Training: Show users how to use our AI tools and Voice Command features to launch their first campaign.
- Success Management: Ensure the client's first 1,000 messages are sent successfully and they are happy with the platform.
Role: Sales and Onboarding Specialist
This is not a sit-and-watch internship. You will be the face of Meseji. We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Sales Intern to join our growth team. This isn't a typical coffee-run internship. You will be on the front lines, helping businesses understand how to use WhatsApp APIs, Chatbots, and Automated Broadcasts to double their revenue. Your mission is to find businesses, show them the power of our AI, and get them successfully onboarded onto the Official WhatsApp API.
Skills We Are Looking For
- The Hustle: You are motivated by targets and love the thrill of closing a deal.
- Tech Savvy: You understand what an API is and can navigate SaaS dashboards easily.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English. You can explain complex tech in simple stories.
- Problem Solver: You don't just report problems; you find ways to get the client's Green Tick approved.
- Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with Meta Business Manager
- Closing Mindset: You enjoy the win of turning a lead into a paying customer.
- No-Excuses Attitude: Since we provide the leads, we look for high conversion rates and fast follow-ups.
