Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales Business Development Intern, located on-site at our Bengaluru office. The intern will assist in identifying business opportunities, finding and connecting with prospective clients, building relationships, and delivering training solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting sales activities, and contributing to sales strategies under guidance from the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Basic understanding of Sales principles and techniques, including Sales Management.
• Interest or experience in Training or education-related initiatives.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
