The consultancy focuses on turning products and services into buyers preferred choices through collaborative, insight-led engagements.

Role Description The Sales Business Development Intern will support the growth of User Connect Consultancy by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and assisting in the development of strategic partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets and industries, maintaining prospect databases, supporting outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social media, and assisting in preparing presentations and sales materials. The intern will collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs, contribute to proposals, and track opportunities through the sales pipeline. This is an internship role based on-site in Hyderabad, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the team and participation in client or partner meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, market research, and client prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in sales communication, presentation, and negotiation to engage effectively with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, networking, and collaboration to support long-term partnerships and team-based projects.
  • Candidates should possess skills in CRM or pipeline management tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track sales activities and performance.
  • Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear emails, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant coursework or experience in business, marketing, sales, or related fields is beneficial; a current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor's program is preferred.
  • Interest in user research, innovation, and consulting, as well as a willingness to learn and take initiative in an on-site team setting, is highly valued.
