DepthMynd Labs is looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Intern!

We are a behavioural science-based student development initiative offering workshops, mentoring, and support to help students understand themselves, navigate challenges, and grow.

We're looking for someone who can help us expand our reach, connect with potential clients, and convert business opportunities into confirmed workshop bookings and partnerships.

What you'll do

• Identify and research potential college and institutional clients.
• Reach out to decision-makers and introduce DepthMynd Labs programmes.
• Present our workshops and explain their value to prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested prospects and manage sales conversations.
• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable programme offerings.
• Negotiate and coordinate proposals, pricing discussions, and bookings under guidance.
• Work towards lead conversion, confirmed partnerships, and revenue targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report progress.

What we're looking for

• Students pursuing Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making calls, sending outreach messages, and following up.
• Interest in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to take initiative and work towards measurable targets.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, not mandatory.

Internship details

• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: 5,000
• Work mode: Remote
• Experience: Practical exposure to B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, negotiation, and revenue generation.
